It doesn’t mean that Witizen have to buy a land for the State. It means only we can give – for an examle – like community may develop themselves. From land and house NOW everyone can start a new life in a new State.

Political Council of Wirtland 2 months agoВозможен вариант привлечения экстерриториальностью банков-эмитентов пластиковых платёжных карт. Эта идея давно используется – ко-брендовые карты есть у всех более-менее крупных банков.

Классная идея! Остается убедить один из банков. Есть идеи?

для банка это обычные ко-брендовые карты. Но если там будет герб Wirtland, то это придаст вес пластику, а значит, может добавить и цену к стандартному прайсу. Допустим, не 30$, а 50$.

это все понятно. Банк такой у вас на примете есть, контакты с руководством? Помощь должна быть конкретная, а то давать идеи все мастера )).

-a national language (or all languages, but one in which official documents are prepared, a de facto working language).
-how/when elections are to be held
-what we stand for-
do we establish diplomatic relations with another nation? I think Sealand would be an obvious first choice.

I see that one was debated on the old site, I’m not sure how the document has progressed since then.

The Chancellor has to announce himself as the First King of Wirtland . He shall soon accept the Constitution, create Cabinet and organize the First Parliament.We are ready to support him in this actions…

Hi, it’s usuall co-brand cards. I’ll try to push this idea – like I said – in the bank for Internet-cards (to pay for goods and services in the I-shops).
