    I would say that we should most definently draw up a Bill of Rights for Citizens of Wirtland. As parts of that, I support 1) Everyone has the right to vote. 2) No limiting or suspending of the right to vote, period. 3) Every citizen of Wirtland over the age of 18 has the right to vote.
